Liability Waiver

With the purchase of a Colorado Fairing Company Fairing, the customer hereby agrees to release and hold harmless Colorado Fairing Company LLC. and its employees, agents, and representatives from any and all claims, demands, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including, but not limited to, attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way related to the installation of a vehicle fairing on my vehicle.

I understand that Colorado Fairing Company LLC. is not responsible for any damages to my vehicle that may occur during the installation of the vehicle fairing and I hereby waive any and all rights I may have to sue Colorado Fairing Company LLC. or its employees, agents, or representatives for any damages my vehicle may sustain as a result of the installation of a vehicle fairing on my vehicle.

I have read this waiver carefully and understand its terms. I agree to it freely and voluntarily, without any inducement or coercion.

Explanation of Terms

• Vehicle fairing: A wind deflecting product that is installed on the roof of a vehicle to reduce aerodynamic drag.
• Liability: The legal responsibility for the harm,injury, or damage that another person or vehicle sustains.
• Waiver: A document that releases one party from legal liability for the actions of another party.

By Purchasing a Colorado Fairing Company fairing and requesting that Colorado Fairing Company LLC. Install your fairing for a predetermined fee, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions outlined above. You are also acknowledging that you understand the risks involved in the installation of a vehicle fairing and that you are waiving your right to sue for any injuries or damages you or your vehicle may sustain as a result.
